The Globalist features the hottest journalistic talent in the Universities of Cambridge and Oxford. We are also looking for writers from London and other top UK universities. We are looking to take on regular “staff correspondents”, and also consider occasional and one-off contributions. All we ask is that you are willing to write insightfully, entertainingly and persuasively about something intrinsically international.
Interested? Contact subeditor@theglobalist.co.uk to find out more.
Our correspondents are only a small part of what makes the Globalist tick; the magazine relies on a dedicated team of editors, business executives and designers to keep the Globalist growing and thriving. We are always looking for new members, of all levels of experience or knowledge and in all of our participating Universities, to join us.
Our business team gets lucrative advertising and sponsorship deals to raise revenue for the magazine and organise events to raise our profile. Our design team uses cutting-edge industry standard software and let their creative juices flow to put together an innovative publication. Everyone in our editorial team become specialists in their subjects, working to tight deadlines and keeping-up the magazine’s professional image.
If any of these roles appeals to you, contact business@theglobalist.co.uk to find out more.
At the Globalist, we want our magazine to be as cutting edge and dynamic as the topics we report on. We’re looking to spread to universities throughout the United Kingdom, and beyond. If your university does not already have a Globalist bureau, and you are interested in starting one, contact editor@theglobalist.co.uk and we’ll be delighted to get involved. All students or student societies/publications are welcome.
